Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,999.
• A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below this amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email so you can monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan, subject to courier availability.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
